Gama CRM is compatible with Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. This policy explains how Gama CRM charges and Meta charges are separated.
1. Two independent costs
- Gama CRM: subscription, add-ons and services contracted with Gama Technologies LLC.
- Meta: messaging usage per the current rates, markets and categories of the WhatsApp Business Platform.
2. Technical administration of Cloud API
The administration add-on costs $5 USD per month per account. It covers the operational technical management of the connection, configuration review and support related to the Cloud API integration inside Gama CRM.
3. How Meta is paid
The customer may keep their payment method directly with Meta. When Gama Technologies manages the payment of usage as part of a commercial agreement, that usage is passed on to the customer at Meta's applicable cost, with no additional percentage markup, plus the Gama services contracted.
4. Usage calculator
The values shown in the calculator are estimates. Meta may change rates, categories, markets, conditions and rules independently of Gama CRM. Meta's own invoice or usage record prevails over any estimate on this site.
5. Customer responsibility
The customer must have appropriate consent and legal basis to contact its users, avoid spam, and comply with Meta and WhatsApp policies.
6. QR-based connections
When a QR-based mode is available, it does not generate Cloud API usage, but it may depend on a linked session, be prone to disconnections, and be subject to WhatsApp limitations or blocks. WhatsApp Cloud API is the recommended mode for business operation where applicable.
